Elisha’s only 3.5 months old, but he’s already wearing

from the nose down, i’d say someone looks a lot like daddy. Eli may have my hair, my skin tone, and maybe my eyes, but he definitely has some facial features that he shares with my other half. honestly, i think he’s a very handsome blend of us both.Share your thoughts?
i’ve told Elisha since he was born to not be in a hurry to get teeth. in the spirit of the stubbornness that runs in both our families, we’ve come to the conclusion that he’s teething anyway. at 13, almost 14 weeks, there are swollen gummy nublets where his bottom two teeth should be. he’s not as good a sleeper as he was say … uh … last week. he likes to gnaw things (my nipples have so far been excluded, but my fingers and pacifiers are not safe. it’s about time he took a pacifier, anyway). he’s fussy.
while i know he’ll be just as cute with teeth as he is without … mmm … i would’ve loved to have a few more months of breastfeeding without the potential biting hazard.
oh, and in case you were wondering, the adorable outfit is from japan. my good friend michiko and her hubby jeff sent us a lovely care package full of clothes, and this summer onesie with a matching happi came in the box. it’s not only cute, but functional in this hot weather!
Elisha’s first words might very well be “no.” i should hope not, however … heehee.Share your thoughts?
Elisha wasn’t too excited about his first dip in the pool. he eventually tolerated it, but he didn’t bother to smile about it.Share your thoughts?
